Salient Roofing Group is a commercial service and maintenance roofing company. We are building a team with skill, pride, and professionalism. We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and basic compliance as we continue to grow.
This is a part-time position to start (approximately 20 hours/week), with the opportunity to grow into full-time as our team expands.
About the Role
This position supports both office and field team operations. You will handle job postings, applicant screening, new hire onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee file management. You’ll help make sure our hiring process is smooth, consistent, and documented.
