Key Responsibilities1. Administrative &amp; Organizational<ul><li>Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle travel arrangements and event logistics.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain to-do lists and ensure deadlines are met.</li></ul><ul><li>Organize digital files, content folders, and documents.</li></ul><ul><li>Track inventory, shipments, and product orders (for charms or events).</li></ul>2. Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Draft and send professional emails to partners, clients, and suppliers.</li></ul><ul><li>Follow up on pending payments, invoices, and contracts.</li></ul><ul><li>Communicate with event organizers, collaborators, and media teams.</li></ul><ul><li>Take meeting notes and summarize key action points.</li></ul>3. Content &amp; Social Media Support<ul><li>Assist with content planning, posting schedules, and engagement tracking.</li></ul><ul><li>Help with captions, brand briefs, and influencer campaign coordination.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with photographers, videographers, or editors.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare content kits or charm display setups for events.</li></ul>4. Event &amp; Brand Activation Support<ul><li>Support setup, coordination, and execution of pop-ups and brand events.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage materials &mdash; charms, packaging, and workshop tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Liaise with event teams to ensure smooth flow and logistics.</li></ul>5. Personal Assistance<ul><li>Handle small personal errands or bookings for the brand</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in day-to-day organization (emails, reminders, follow-ups).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to KD300.000 per month

We are looking for a professional PRO / Mandoop to manage all government relations, legal documentation, and customs import/export procedures for our Saudi company based in Riyadh.Responsibilities:&#9989; Handle all company legal and government documentation (MOI, MOL, GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, ZATCA, Chamber, etc.) &#9989; Manage customs clearance and import/export documentation through FASAH / ZATCA portals &#9989; Renew and process commercial registration, municipality license, import/export codes, and employee Iqamas &#9989; Liaise with logistics agents and customs authorities for shipment clearances &#9989; Ensure full compliance with SASO, SFDA, and Saudi regulations &#9989; Maintain accurate records and follow up on all submissionsRequirements:<ul><li>Saudi National (preferred)</li><li>3&ndash;5 years experience as PRO / Mandoop in Saudi Arabia</li><li>Knowledge of customs clearance processes &amp; documentation</li><li>Familiar with government portals (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, FASAH, ZATCA, Absher)</li><li>Excellent Arabic &amp; English communication</li><li>Valid Saudi driving license</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#65020;300.00 - &#65020;400.00 per month
