We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth and expansion in Kuwait.

Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company objectives

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Conduct market research with deep understanding of Kuwait market trends and business culture

Represent the company in meetings, events, and networking activities

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and growth plans

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business strategies

Strong knowledge of Kuwait business environment, regulations, and culture

Proven experience in business development, sales, or growth strategy

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset

Must be a Kuwaiti National
