Sales Manager

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in landscaping projects, agricultural services, irrigation systems, and maintenance contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, tenders, quotations, and contracts for landscaping and agricultural projects.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, including setting targets, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new market segments.
  • Coordinate with operations, design, and procurement teams to ensure project feasibility and delivery.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and report to senior management.
  • Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints or issues professionally.
  • Develop marketing strategies and collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and branding.
  • Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions and project pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
