The Prepaid Segment Senior oversees the conceptualization, development, and implementation of above the line new acquisition and base management initiatives catered for the Prepaid voice and broadband consumer segment. Additionally, the prepaid senior will be responsible for revamping existing Prepaid Voice and Broadband portfolios and managing the product life cycle meanwhile maintaining alignment with Marketing and Non-Marketing functions in order to ensure successful and timely product launches.
Responsibilities:
Design and maintain the Prepaid ATL product portfolio and strategy roadmap
Lead the development and documentation of product architectural designs, concept papers, and supervise / lend support of product production throughout the pipeline (marcom, technical, sales agent trainings, etc.)
Liaise with marketing functions to develop deeper understanding of customer behavior, and competition developments in order to develop customer value propositions for new offerings, promotions and campaigns
Lead coordination with all relevant stakeholders including internal Marketing (Budgeting, Planning , and Customer Insights and CVM, Marcom functions etc.) as well Non-Marketing departments (Technical, Business Intelligence, Legal, Sales etc.) to ensure successful and timely product launches
Frequently monitor and report on the effectiveness of live products in comparison to the defined targets as well as daily monitoring of market changes with respect to the competition and indirect channels
Develop business rules and processes related to new products
Liaise with product testing stakeholders to develop and conduct appropriate testing procedures
Develop go-to-market strategies and ensure products launch in accordance with roadmap
Liaise with Sales Channels / Digital Channel teams to identify appropriate channels strategy
Liaise with Marcom team to support development of marketing and communications material
Liaise with Pricing teams to develop up/cross sell campaigns and promotions\
Recommend correction actions from post launch gap-analysis on the products and services
Perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately.

Bachelor's Degree required, master's in business/MBA preferred
Business, marketing, engineering or a related field
