Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor law, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Manage cost control, inventory accounting, and COGS analysis for food and beverage operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics AX for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Assist in financial audits and internal control implementation.
• Coordinate with management, suppliers, and external auditors regarding financial matters.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Support the payroll process and ensure accurate employee compensation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA is a plus).
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and cost control.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD550.000 - KD650.000 per month
