Sales Manager – Stimulation Equipment (Middle East)

A leading multinational in the energy services sector is seeking an experienced Sales Manager (Stimulation Equipment) to drive market growth and manage key customer relationships across the Middle East. This is a strategic, client‑facing role suited to a commercially driven professional with strong industry knowledge and a track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Growth

• Identify, develop, and expand new customer relationships.
• Convert opportunities into contracts and deliver on revenue targets.

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop regional sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead bidding, proposal development, and commercial negotiations.
• Work closely with internal engineering, technical, and supply chain teams to support project delivery.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities.
• Produce market analysis and recommendations to support senior management decisions.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, government bodies, partners, and distributors.
• Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records throughout the entire sales cycle.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years’ sales experience within oil & gas, EPC, or energy sector.
• Strong negotiation, business development, and commercial skills.
• Knowledge of Middle East oil & gas markets and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is an advantage.
