Job Title: Sales - Food & Beverage

Job Summary
The F&B Sales professional is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships (B2B), and promoting the company’s product portfolio (food ingredients, catering, or manufactured items) to hotels, restaurants, cafes (HoReCa), and retailers. This role involves achieving sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage new clients in the F&B industry to expand the customer base.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including chefs, procurement managers, and business owners.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, particularly for food ingredients or new menu items.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and closing deals within approved margins.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Reporting & Administration: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to ensure product availability and align with market demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
