This role plays a critical part in driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You&rsquo;ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using data and experimentation to continuously optimize performance and maximize return on ad spend.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Snapchat, Instagram (Meta), and Google Ads</li><li>Manage budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing to achieve performance goals</li><li>Analyze campaign performance, monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions), and deliver actionable insights</li><li>Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives</li><li>Run A/B tests and continuously improve campaign efficiency and scalability</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>3&ndash;6+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media buying</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Snapchat Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads</li><li>Proven track record of scaling campaigns and improving ROAS in SaaS, tech, or digital-first environments</li><li>Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ad reporting dashboards</li><li>Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a strong plus</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Pay: E&pound;20,000.00 - E&pound;42,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current salary in USD?</li><li>What is your expected salary in USD?</li><li>What is your English language fluency?</li><li>How soon you can join us?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
