Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service to our guests, and ensuring a memorable experience in our establishment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies.</li><li>Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.</li><li>Process transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.</li><li>Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations while serving drinks.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods.</li><li>Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.</li><li>Provide support during banquets or catering events as required.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with Toast POS systems is advantageous.</li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.</li><li>Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry is essential.</li><li>Experience in food service, including brewing and cashiering, is beneficial.
