We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage of liquor and supplies.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Process transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations while serving drinks.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Provide support during banquets or catering events as required.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Toast POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry is essential.
