Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - Core HR & Help Desk Consultant Rate: £600-£650 per day (Inside IR35)Contract: 6 months (likely extension)Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite in LeedsStart: ASAP Overview We're looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Consultant with specialist knowledge of Core HR and HR Help Desk modules to support a major Oracle HCM transformation. You'll act as a functional expert, configuring and optimising HR processes across service request management, knowledge management, and employee service delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both Core HR and HR Help Desk, with a strong understanding of how to design and improve HR service workflows. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li> Configure and deliver Core HR and HR Help Desk modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. </li><li> Design and implement Service Request Management workflows, including creation, assignment, escalation, and resolution. </li><li> Manage and optimise Knowledge Authoring and Knowledge Home to ensure accurate and accessible HR content. </li><li> Support HR and IT teams with requirements gathering, testing (UAT), and deployment. </li><li> Provide expertise on HR case management and service delivery improvements. </li><li> Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective HR process alignment. </li><li> Produce configuration documents, process flows, and test scripts. </li><li> Support go-live, post-implementation, and continuous improvement phases. </li></ul> Essential Skills & Experience <ul> <li> Proven experience implementing or supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Core HR and HR Help Desk). </li><li> Strong understanding of Service Request Management workflows and lifecycle processes. </li><li> Practical experience with Knowledge Authoring and Knowledge Home in Oracle HCM. </li><li> Ability to translate HR business requirements into efficient system configurations. </li><li> Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. </li><li> Experience within large or complex organisations (public sector or enterprise). </li><li> Oracle HCM certification desirable but not essential. </li></ul> Rates depend on experience and client requirements
