Position: Manager &ndash; International Agent SalesLocation: DubaiExperience: Minimum 7 yearsReporting To: Management / Commercial HeadIndustry: Shipping / Freight Forwarding / LogisticsRole PurposeThe Manager &ndash; International Agent Sales will be responsible for developing and managing global agent-based sales networks, driving nominations, and expanding trade opportunities across international markets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and grow agent-based sales across CIS, Africa, Russia, and South Asia</li></ul><ul><li>Develop strong relationships with international agents and overseas partners</li></ul><ul><li>Drive nominations and secure export/import business through agent networks</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with internal sales, pricing, and operations teams</li></ul><ul><li>Identify new trade opportunities and expand agent coverage</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor agent performance and ensure alignment with company targets</li></ul><ul><li>Support trade development initiatives and market expansion strategies</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare regular sales reports and market updates for Management</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in international agent sales within shipping or freight forwarding</li></ul><ul><li>Strong exposure to global trade lanes and agent-driven business models</li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience in handling nominations and overseas partner coordination</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in Middle East&ndash;based operations preferred</li></ul>Apply at: hr@saltlineshipping.comJob Type: PermanentPay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
