Position: Manager – International Agent Sales

Location: Dubai

Experience: Minimum 7 years

Reporting To: Management / Commercial Head

Industry: Shipping / Freight Forwarding / Logistics

Role Purpose

The Manager – International Agent Sales will be responsible for developing and managing global agent-based sales networks, driving nominations, and expanding trade opportunities across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow agent-based sales across CIS, Africa, Russia, and South Asia

• Develop strong relationships with international agents and overseas partners

• Drive nominations and secure export/import business through agent networks

• Coordinate with internal sales, pricing, and operations teams

• Identify new trade opportunities and expand agent coverage

• Monitor agent performance and ensure alignment with company targets

• Support trade development initiatives and market expansion strategies

• Prepare regular sales reports and market updates for Management

Key Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in international agent sales within shipping or freight forwarding

• Strong exposure to global trade lanes and agent-driven business models

• Proven experience in handling nominations and overseas partner coordination

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

• Experience in Middle East–based operations preferred
