JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Source and purchase technical products from overseas suppliers (China, USA, Germany, UK, India, etc.)
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines
  • Request, review, and compare quotations
  • Prepare, issue, and track Purchase Orders
  • Maintain supplier records, pricing files, and purchasing data
  • Handle import documentation including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
  • Manage Dubai Trade entries and related import paperwork
  • Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and clearing agents
  • Track shipments, follow up on delays, and update internal stakeholders
  • Support procurement and logistics administration as requiredBachelors Degree is a requirement.
  • Willingness to learn
