We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and passionate professional in the perfume industry who combines deep market understanding with strong business acumen.

This role is open to both male and female candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business opportunities within the perfume industry
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage global perfume suppliers.
  • Understand and analyze perfume market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes
  • Handle procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and sourcing strategies
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and brand positioning within the perfume business
  • Enhance customer experience through product knowledge and market insight.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the perfume/fragrance industry
  • Proven understanding of business development and market dynamics
  • Experience or solid understanding of procurement and supplier management
  • Knowledge of marketing principles related to perfume or luxury products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Passion for perfumes and delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
  • Ability to speak French is a strong plus
  • Existing network of perfume suppliers or industry contacts worldwide
