Our mission is to ensure every member arrives safely, on time, and with the highest level of care and professionalism.LOCATION: Spring, Southwest Houston, TX, and East Houston, TX.TIME SLOTS AVAILABLE: 4 a.m.&ndash;12 p.m., 2 p.m.&ndash;11 p.m.Position Overview:We are currently hiring responsible and professional drivers who use their own vehicles to transport members to and from medical appointments. Drivers play a vital role in ensuring our members receive dependable transportation and excellent customer service.Driver Responsibilities:Route Preparation &amp; Confirmation:<ul><li>Drivers will receive their assigned route the night before.</li><li>Drivers are required to contact each assigned member to confirm the next day&rsquo;s appointment.</li><li>If the member does not answer the call, drivers must send a text message introducing themselves as the driver for the upcoming medical appointment.</li><li>This process helps reduce cancellations and ensures members are prepared and waiting at pickup time.</li></ul>Transportation Duties:<ul><li>Safely transport members to and from medical appointments.</li><li>Arrive on time and maintain a professional and courteous attitude.</li><li>Assist members as needed with entering and exiting the vehicle (non-medical assistance only).</li><li>Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle.</li></ul>Will Calls:<ul><li>Drivers are required to assist throughout the day with &ldquo;will calls.&rdquo;</li><li>A will call occurs when a member contacts us and is ready to be picked up and taken home.</li><li>Our dispatch team activates the will call and assigns it to the closest available driver.</li><li>Drivers must remain responsive and available for these trips during working hours.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Clean driving record</li><li>Valid personal auto insurance</li><li>Reliable, well-maintained personal vehicle</li><li>Smartphone for communication and dispatch updates</li><li>Professional, punctual, and dependable</li></ul>Why Join Salute?<ul><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Consistent trip volume</li><li>Competitive per-mile pay structure</li><li>Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community</li></ul>If you are responsible, caring, and looking for a flexible driving opportunity while helping others access essential healthcare services, we encourage you to apply and join the Salute team today.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $600.00 - $900.00 per weekWork Location: In person
