LOCATION: Spring, Southwest Houston, TX, and East Houston, TX.

TIME SLOTS AVAILABLE: 4 a.m.–12 p.m., 2 p.m.–11 p.m.

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring responsible and professional drivers who use their own vehicles to transport members to and from medical appointments. Drivers play a vital role in ensuring our members receive dependable transportation and excellent customer service.

Driver Responsibilities:

Route Preparation & Confirmation:

• Drivers will receive their assigned route the night before.
• Drivers are required to contact each assigned member to confirm the next day’s appointment.
• If the member does not answer the call, drivers must send a text message introducing themselves as the driver for the upcoming medical appointment.
• This process helps reduce cancellations and ensures members are prepared and waiting at pickup time.

Transportation Duties:

• Safely transport members to and from medical appointments.
• Arrive on time and maintain a professional and courteous attitude.
• Assist members as needed with entering and exiting the vehicle (non-medical assistance only).
• Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle.

Will Calls:

• Drivers are required to assist throughout the day with “will calls.”
• A will call occurs when a member contacts us and is ready to be picked up and taken home.
• Our dispatch team activates the will call and assigns it to the closest available driver.
• Drivers must remain responsive and available for these trips during working hours.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Valid personal auto insurance
• Reliable, well-maintained personal vehicle
• Smartphone for communication and dispatch updates
• Professional, punctual, and dependable
