Position OverviewWe are hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer (Maintenance) to ensure seamless electrical operations across our EV manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with HT/LT systems, electrical panels, substations, TPM processes, and fault diagnosis within a fast-paced industrial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Systems &amp; Power Infrastructure<ul><li>Perform routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance of HT &amp; LT equipment, switchgear, transformers, and electrical panels.</li><li>Oversee electrical maintenance of machines, assembly lines, and plant utilities to ensure uninterrupted operations.</li><li>Maintain and operate plant substation and distribution panels efficiently.</li></ul>Troubleshooting &amp; Fault Management<ul><li>Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical breakdowns promptly.</li><li>Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) for repetitive issues and recommend permanent corrective actions.</li><li>Support continuous improvement to enhance machine uptime and reliability.</li></ul>TPM &amp; Maintenance Excellence<ul><li>Lead and support TPM activities including preventive maintenance, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, machine health, and PM reports.</li></ul>ERP / Digital Maintenance Systems<ul><li>Use ERP to manage work orders, spare parts inventory, and maintenance documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with Planning and Stores to ensure availability of critical spares.</li></ul>Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, and plant safety protocols.</li><li>Train technicians and operators on safe handling of equipment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma/BE in Electrical Engineering.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in maintenance within the manufacturing sector.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of HT/LT systems, substations, electrical panels, and machines.</li><li>Experience with TPM practices and ERP maintenance systems.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and reporting skills.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Work in one of the fastest-growing sectors&mdash;Electric Vehicles</li><li>Modern plant with advanced machinery and technology</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to innovative and sustainable mobility solutions</li><li>Professional growth through continuous learning &amp; development</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their resume at jobs@samarthev.com with the subject line: &ldquo;Application for Senior Electrical Engineer (Maintenance) &ndash; EV Plant&rdquo;Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
