Position Overview: The Litigation Calendar Clerk will be responsible for managing and maintaining the firm&rsquo;s master calendar, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable court rules and deadlines. This position requires prior paralegal or other legal experience and a strong command of litigation calendaring in both state and federal matters.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Calendar all litigation deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial dates in accordance with the California Code of Civil Procedure, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and local court rules.</li><li>Review all filings, court notices, and minute orders daily to update case calendars accordingly.</li><li>Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure all deadlines are accurately entered and tracked.</li><li>Utilize Clio to maintain and distribute calendar reports.</li><li>Confirm hearing dates and schedules with various courts (LASC, OCSC, CAND, CACD, etc.).</li><li>Provide proactive deadline reminders and follow up on continuances or rescheduled events.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of litigation calendaring experience required.</li><li>Prior paralegal or legal administrative experience in a law firm setting.</li><li>Proficiency in Clio or similar case management software.</li><li>Thorough understanding of California and Federal Rules of Court.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Litigation Calendaring: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Legal: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Costa Mesa, CA 92626
