Role SummaryWe&rsquo;re hiring an experienced Automotive Spare Parts Salesman to grow counter, retail, and B2B trade sales across the UAE. You&rsquo;ll handle enquiries end-to-end&mdash;identification, pricing, quoting, order processing, and after-sales while coordinating tightly with Procurement, Warehouse, and Accounts to deliver a fast, accurate, and reliable customer experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Sales &amp; Customer Service</li><li>Respond to walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, email, and marketplace enquiries; convert to orders.</li><li>Identify parts using EPCs, catalogues, OE cross-references, and VIN/Chassis decoding.</li><li>Prepare quotations with availability, price, brand options, and delivery lead times.</li><li>Upsell alternatives: OE, aftermarket, and economy lines; bundle related parts.</li><li>Manage order confirmations, pick-lists, delivery orders/invoices, and coordinate same-day dispatch.</li><li>Product &amp; Sourcing</li><li>Cross-reference OE/OEM/aftermarket part numbers; verify supersessions.</li><li>Liaise with suppliers for urgent sourcing, backorders, and special imports.</li><li>Provide technical guidance on fitment, common failures, and model variations.</li><li>Process &amp; Systems</li><li>Maintain CRM with accurate customer profiles, notes, and follow-ups.</li><li>Log every quotation and outcome; convert quotes to orders.</li><li>Adhere to internal SOPs for pricing, discount approvals, returns/RMA, and warranty.</li><li>Ensure VAT-compliant invoicing and complete documentation.</li><li>Inventory &amp; Logistics</li><li>Check stock levels, request replenishment, and flag slow/obsolete movers.</li><li>Coordinate with Warehouse for picking, packing, and courier handover.</li><li>Track shipments; keep customers informed on ETAs and delays.</li><li>Credit &amp; Collections (with Accounts)</li><li>Follow approved credit limits; obtain LPOs as needed.</li><li>Support on-time collections and POD closure.</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>3+ years spare parts sales in the UAE/GCC (passenger, 4&times;4, or light commercial; European/Japanese/Korean lines ideal).</li><li>Strong parts identification skills: EPCs, VIN decoding, OE&ndash;aftermarket cross-refs.</li><li>Proficient with DMS/ERP/CRM (SAP, Oracle)</li><li>Excellent English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam an advantage.</li><li>Solid understanding of UAE VAT basics on invoices/credit notes.</li><li>Valid UAE driver&rsquo;s license preferred.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma/Technical certificate in Automotive or related field preferred.</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented; thrives in high-volume environments.</li><li>Commercial mindset: margin focus, disciplined discounting, value-based selling.</li><li>Clear communicator (written &amp; verbal); strong follow-through and accountability.</li><li>Team player who collaborates with Warehouse, Procurement, and Accounts.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Hours<ul><li>Competitive salary + sales incentive/commission (based on revenue &amp; margin).</li><li>Standard UAE working hours; occasional Saturdays as per rota.</li><li>Visa, medical insurance, annual leave, and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
