Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Specialist who can plan, create, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong creative mindset, experience in designing banners and visual content, and expertise in handling multiple social media accounts.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and handle all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)</li><li>Create engaging banners, posts, reels, and other visual creatives</li><li>Plan and execute social media content calendars</li><li>Write compelling captions aligned with brand voice</li><li>Monitor performance, engagement, and trends to optimize content</li><li>Coordinate with marketing/design teams for campaigns and launches</li><li>Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role</li><li>Strong creative thinking and visual sense</li><li>Expertise in social media management tools and analytics</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar</li><li>Excellent communication and content planning skills</li></ul>Preferred / Added Advantage<ul><li>Experience in furniture, home d&eacute;cor, or lifestyle brands</li><li>Understanding of aesthetic-driven and brand-focused content</li></ul>Portfolio Requirement<ul><li>Candidates must share their portfolio showcasing social media work, banners, and creative designs</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,724.84 per monthWork Location: In person
