Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, based in Jaipur. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms, creating engaging and relevant content, and monitoring campaign performance. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team to align digital marketing strategies, engaging with the online community, and identifying trends to enhance brand visibility and growth.

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist who understands that in the premium market, less is more. You will be responsible for maintaining a digital presence that feels like a private gallery or a boutique showroom. This role requires an obsession with detail—from the kerning of our typography to the color grading of our cinematography. You will speak to a sophisticated audience of interior designers, architects, and high-net-worth collectors.

Elevated Responsibilities

• Cinematic Content Creation: Move beyond "trends" to create evergreen, high-fidelity video. Think "Short Documentaries" on the artisans, the origin of the materials, and the "Sartorial" details of the furniture.
• Aesthetic Curation: Maintain a "Grid" and "Feed" that functions as a high-end mood board. You will prioritize brand prestige over "viral" engagement.
• The "Niche" Narrative: Deep-dive into the Why. You will write long-form, thoughtful captions that discuss design history, architectural movements, and the "soul" of a room.
• Whitelove/White-Glove Community Management: Engage with high-profile followers and industry leaders with extreme professionalism. You are a brand ambassador, not just a moderator.
• Pinterest & Editorial SEO: Focus on "Discovery by Aesthetic." You will optimize for high-intent keywords like "Bespoke Walnut Credenza" rather than generic "Home Decor."
• Collaborations: Manage relationships with "tastemaker" influencers and niche design publications (e.g., Architectural Digest, Dezeen, Wallpaper*)
