</p><p>San Benito Health Foundation is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with Human Resources experience to support daily administrative and HR operations within our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, customer-service oriented, and committed to supporting a mission-driven organization that serves the medically underserved communities of San Benito County.</p>
<p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p>
<ul><li>Provide administrative support to leadership and department staff
<br>
</li><li>Assist with Human Resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
<br>
</li><li>Maintain confidential employee records and files
<br>
</li><li>Coordinate interviews, meetings, trainings, and employee communications
<br>
</li><li>Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other office documents
<br>
</li><li>Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service
<br>
</li><li>Assist with payroll and timekeeping processes as needed
<br>
</li><li>Maintain office supplies and support daily office operations
<br>
</li><li>Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned</li>
 </ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required
<br>
</li><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred
<br>
</li><li>Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience required
<br>
</li><li>Human Resources experience preferred
<br>
</li><li>Healthcare or nonprofit experience is a plus
<br>
</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
<br>
</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
<br>
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft
</li><li>Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
<br>
</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish preferred</li>
