DutiesDentrix Ascend experience is required<ul><li>Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, and follow up on reimbursements using systems Dentrix ascend</li><li>Reviewing treatment plans with patients in clear, easy-to-understand terms</li><li>Explaining procedures, sequencing, benefits, and alternatives to improve case acceptance</li><li>Presenting fees and payment options, including financing plans and in-office policies</li><li>Verifying insurance benefits and explaining estimated coverage and patient responsibility</li><li>Obtaining pre-authorizations and tracking insurance approvals when needed</li><li>Coordinating treatment scheduling based on clinical priority, provider availability, and patient needs</li><li>Answering patient questions and addressing concerns or objections professionally</li><li>Following up on unscheduled or pending treatment to improve completion rates</li><li>Communicating with the clinical team to ensure accuracy and consistency of treatment plans</li><li>Maintaining accurate documentation in the dental software (notes, estimates, consents)</li><li>Supporting a positive patient experience through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a dental treatment coordinator (at least 2 years) or in a similar dental office management role with a focus on treatment planning and patient communication.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental office software Dentrix Ascend</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic experience environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
