This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to strengthen your office management skills while contributing to a supportive, service‑focused work environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors warmly, manage check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with professional phone etiquette</li><li>Handle incoming calls, route messages accurately, and support customer inquiries with a friendly attitude</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure all records are up-to-date</li><li>Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings</li><li>Support office management duties such as ordering supplies, organizing documents, and proofreading correspondence</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office tools for document creation, editing, and communication</li><li>Provide clerical support including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing documents efficiently</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills</li><li>Experience with data entry, filing systems, and proofreading documents accurately</li><li>Personal assistant or office management experience is beneficial but not required</li></ul>Join us to be part of a team dedicated to providing outstanding service while supporting the daily operations of our organization!Pay: From $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
