Flower room assistant works along side flower leads to help in completing daily plant work tasks, observational reporting, watering plants appropriately, and helping maintain a clean and healthy environment. Attention to detail, double checking work, efficient work ethic, good communication, and consistency in following procedures are key areas an assistant must focus on in order to succeed in this role. This role will often have to work on lifts at elevated heights to complete plant work tasks as Sanctuary is a multi-tiered grow facility.
M-F
7am-3:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES<div>
<ul><li>
Daily observational reporting on health and status of plants. (Saturation checks, ph/ec reports, scouting etc.)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Plant pruning of plants through veg/flower cycle that is consistent with Sanctuary procedures and methods (transplant, top, foliar feed, pruning, de-fanning, trellising, spacing, cloning etc.)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain a clean environment constantly, assisting in daily/weekly cleaning sessions of plant rooms and irrigation</li></ul>
<ul><li>Use equipment responsibly and repair/upgrade equipment as necessary</li></ul>

REQUIRED
Attention to detail, can follow directions well, problem solving, strong work ethic, punctual and a team player!
Physical Requirements
Must be able to perform physical labor and lift 50 pounds, comfortable working with heights of up to 20+ feet, work in warm/humid environments, work under bright lights and work in dark areas with green supplemental lights, be over the age of 21. Must be able to work in an environment with kief in the air. Able to utilize a lift with training, climb ladders, bend and twist.

Cultivator And Flower Room Technicians (Cannabis Growers Needed) at Sanctuary Littleton

<div>Job Summary:
The IPM Assistant will play a critical role in maintaining plant health through scouting, foliar sprays, root drenches and other IPM-related tasks. This role requires someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely and efficiently.
Schedule:
M-F 8am-4:30pm, includes holidays as needed unless PTO is approved.
Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>
Scout plants for signs of stress, pests and disease.</li>
<li>Apply foliar sprays and root drenches accurately and safely.</li>
<li>Wear full PPE for extended periods while performing tasks.</li>
<li>Perform tasks at varying heights, including standing, bending and kneeling.</li>
<li>Lift and move up to 50 lbs. safely.</li>
<li>Participate in lift training and follow all safety protocols.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:<ul>
<li>
Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for long periods of time.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.</li>
<li>Ability to follow instruction and safety protocols closely.</li>
<li>Comfortable wearing full PPE during shifts.</li>
</ul>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bulk of the job is spent standing or walking, bending to the ground and reaching overhead, pulling carts on 4 wheel castors weighing over 50 lbs.
2.Lifting a minimum of 25 lbs.
3. Must pass respirator &ldquo;fit&rdquo; test.
4. Must pass respirator evaluation to be eligible for spray applications.
5. Employee will be exposed to the sun and/or high intensity lights.
6. Employee will work in a wet environment where clothes and footwear can become saturated.
7. Employee may be exposed to temperatures that can be at or 10-20 degrees above outside temperature.
8. Rolling, unrolling, and using irrigation hoses &amp; high pressure hoses.
9. Applying fungicides using hand pulled sprayers.
10. Demonstrate a high degree of comfort interacting directly with Insects 11.Using hand lenses to count small insects
11 . Must be able to work in an environment with kief in the air
