What You'll Do:

As a Wellness Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients have a positive and enriching experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism.
• Educating clients about our services, products, and wellness programs to help them make informed decisions.
• Building strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within our facility.
• Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing client records.

Responsibilities:

Experience:

• You must be the age 21 or older and have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry.
• Must be the age of 21 or older to apply.
• Must pass a background check

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.

Attitude:

• A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine desire to help others.

Organization:

• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
