Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender, where your energy and passion for service will create memorable experiences for our guests. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet event, you&rsquo;ll be the heart of the bar experience, managing multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.</li><li>Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, addressing their preferences and ensuring a positive experience.</li><li>Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to process transactions smoothly.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures during serving and bartending activities.</li><li>Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at banquets or catering events, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.</li><li>Monitor beverage stock levels, restock supplies, and assist in inventory management to keep the bar well-equipped.</li><li>Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication to promote a safe environment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; prior cashiering or retail math skills are advantageous.</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts.</li><li>Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest interactions.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events like banquets or large catering functions.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory tracking; brewing or food industry knowledge is a plus.
