This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence brand perception and connect with diverse communities through innovative social media campaigns.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute engaging social media strategies aligned with brand goals, focusing on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.</li><li>Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to ensure visual consistency and brand identity.</li><li>Manage social media accounts using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to optimize posting times and maintain a consistent online presence.</li><li>Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities; leverage this data for content optimization.</li><li>Implement social media marketing campaigns including Facebook Advertising to increase reach, engagement, and conversions for e-commerce initiatives.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to enhance content visibility across platforms and search engines.</li><li>Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to assess campaign performance; prepare reports for continuous improvement.</li><li>Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive relationships and enhance brand loyalty.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as public relations, graphic design, and marketing to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.</li><li>Proofread all content meticulously to maintain professionalism, accuracy, and brand voice consistency before publication.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management within a digital marketing environment or related field.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with video editing is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for real-time monitoring of online conversations.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics including Google Analytics.</li><li>Familiarity with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager for targeted campaigns.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives tailored for diverse audiences.</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience in relationship management&mdash;building authentic connections with followers, influencers, and partners&mdash;will be highly valued.</li><li>A keen eye for detail in proofreading content to uphold quality standards across all communications.
