This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children&rsquo;s lives while developing your expertise in childhood development and early learning strategies.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and implement dynamic curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills development.</li><li>Foster a nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports individual learning styles.</li><li>Engage children in age-appropriate activities that enhance cognitive, motor, language, and social-emotional development.</li><li>Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address individual needs, and support child welfare initiatives.</li><li>Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain an organized, safe, and stimulating learning space.</li><li>Incorporate specialized approaches such as Montessori methods or inclusive strategies for children with special education needs or early intervention requirements.</li><li>Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor developmental milestones and tailor instruction accordingly.</li><li>Support children&rsquo;s physical activity through teaching physical education and facilitating active play sessions.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student progress, behavior management strategies, and classroom activities.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools.</li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.</li><li>Experience with curriculum development across core areas including literacy education, math, and physical education.</li><li>Familiarity with special education techniques and early intervention programs is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Classroom management expertise to create a positive learning environment conducive to growth and exploration.</li><li>Ability to plan lessons that incorporate innovative teaching methods like Montessori or other child-centered approaches.</li><li>Prior experience with standardized testing procedures and tutoring for young learners is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of child welfare policies and practices to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.</li><li>Certification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
