 <ul>
 <li>
 Reporting to PM &amp; PdM Administration Supervisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare daily work permit and close on expiration date.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience for rotating equipment and reciprocating compressor troubleshooting using the state of art of condition monitoring techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect &amp; analyze offline vibration data by using Portable data analyzer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and Analyze online vibration data by using online monitoring software like System-1, RecipCom, Prognost for continuous assessment of critical rotating equipment and reciprocating compressor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Diagnose equipment anomalies using vibration analysis, ultrasound, thermography and prepare preliminary analysis report and share with PM &amp; PdM Administration Supervisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience of analysis advanced vibration plot data during steady state and transient events such as phase analysis, orbit, shaft centerline, bode plot, polar plot, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other duties such as maintaining word records, data backup, history logs, review process parameters on daily basis on PHD trend.
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out in-situ balancing for rotating equipment as required and witness shop rotor&rsquo;s balancing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow-up on the results of recommendations as a quality control measure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned by Condition Monitoring Supervisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively participate in department meetings and facility teams relating to the improvement of the Reliability Team, plant safety, quality, innovation and efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Train and knowledge share to new joiner of vibration Technician.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Mechanical Engineering degree with +10 years&rsquo; experience for rotating equipment troubleshooting and condition monitoring.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certified machinery vibration analyst category III (ISO 18436-2) is mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certified oil analysis level I.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certified ultrasound level I &amp; Thermography level I is advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience of Bently Nevada system 1 &amp; Prognost.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with AMS Emerson vibration analysis software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience of UE 15000 and analysis software.
 </li>
