 Participate in identifying and executing improvement opportunities and action plans based on actual performance.
 </li>

 Manage and oversee the day-to-day work performed by all direct reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform periodic performance appraisals for direct reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the performance of various assigned responsibilities and the conduct of the staff is in accordance with CLIENT's policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize the use of available resources in carrying out the assigned responsibilities and ensure timely completion according to set standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify the competencies and knowledge required for direct reports to perform their assigned responsibilities, and develop appropriate training plans to enhance performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cascade CLIENT's operational priorities including profitability, reliability, safety &amp; environmental requirements to all direct reports and support them in executing the daily activities in line with these priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand well by following the Operation SOP with procedure of start-up &amp; shutdown.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform the JTS (Job Task Standard) given by Branch Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compliance with safety PPE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting in supervising all activities and adherence to Operating Instructions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting in supervising operations and equipment according to daily operating instructions and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that facility operating parameters are within acceptable limits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting in implementing corrective actions to mitigate operational shutdowns in accordance with the relevant policies and instructions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure issued work permits are in accordance with guidelines and ensure that the plant's manpower resources are sufficient for meeting operational targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting in resolving system and equipment malfunctions proactively and in a cost-effective manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in risk assessment studies (such as Job Safety Analysis) as requested by direct supervisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement all safety, environmental and health protection policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other job-related duties as requested by Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise daily operations and ensure all activities comply with CLIENT policies, safety rules, and operational standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of operational work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide feedback to direct reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify training needs and support staff development to improve skills and competencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adequate manpower allocation and proper use of resources to meet operational targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate operational priorities and ensure team alignment with safety, reliability, and efficiency goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve operational issues, provide guidance to staff, and escalate critical matters when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and adherence to procedures by all supervised personnel.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualification and Experience:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in industrial engineering or mechanical Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 10 years of experience relevant to the job responsibilities and functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferable: professional certification (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, Lean Management).
 </li>
 </ul>
