Procurement Officer

Overview:


  • Purchase order management – Prepare, issue, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Stock level monitoring – Track inventory to prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Replenishment planning – Forecast demand and plan reorders based on consumption trends and lead times.
  • Reporting – Prepare inventory and procurement status reports for management.
  • Attention to detail – To maintain accurate procurement and inventory records.


Technical Skills:


  • Coordinating Bidding processes for maintenance activities.
  • Experience in Contracts administration, cost and controlling budget and SAP knowledge.


Qualification and Experience:


  • Diploma / High School.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
