We&rsquo;re looking for a dependable, team-oriented individual to join our Carrollton warehouse and freight operations team.Position OverviewThis full-time position (Sunday &ndash; Thursday, starting at 10 AM) is a hands-on role encompassing both warehouse operations and freight tracking. There is overtime required during busy periods. The role is demanding and requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse &amp; Freight Operations:<ul><li>Consolidate, load, and unload freight in the warehouse and trailers</li><li>Pull and build orders according to pick lists</li><li>Verify and label all incoming and outgoing freight</li><li>Maintain general warehouse housekeeping duties</li><li>Operate forklifts (certified, doubles preferred) and other warehouse equipment safely</li><li>Assist drivers with planning maintenance, dispatch, and other operational needs</li><li>Plan trailer loads and cross-dock operations efficiently</li><li>Prepare and submit all required paperwork accurately</li><li>Monitor and maintain forklift safety and perform inspections</li></ul>Track &amp; Trace Duties:<ul><li>Maintain accurate documentation for all shipments</li><li>Perform data entry for order and load tracking</li><li>Update shipment status in company systems</li><li>Communicate with carriers, drivers, supervisors, managers, and customers</li><li>Notify customers of potential delays and provide updates</li><li>Analyze logistics data to ensure operational efficiency</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Dependable with strong attention to detail, self-motivated to perform</li><li>Forklift certification/experience required</li><li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and climbing</li><li>Meet physical fitness standards for safe job performance</li><li>Pass pre-employment drug screen</li><li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment</li><li>Regular, predictable attendance</li><li>Team-oriented with a positive attitude</li><li>Ability to coordinate with team members, temporary labor, other terminals, and management</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>401(k) plan</li><li>Health, dental, vision and life insurance</li><li>Paid time off, sick time, and eight company-paid holidays per year</li><li>Employee referral program</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
