This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team committed to excellence in patient care and clinical innovation.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform a wide range of oral surgical procedures such as dental extractions, wisdom teeth removal, and implant placements with precision and care.</li><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history review, to develop personalized treatment plans.</li><li>Utilize advanced dental imaging techniques to diagnose conditions accurately and plan surgical interventions effectively.</li><li>Maintain meticulous medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy.</li><li>Collaborate seamlessly with general dentists, pediatric dentists, prosthodontists, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care.</li><li>Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols rigorously during all procedures to ensure patient safety.</li><li>Educate patients on preoperative preparations, postoperative care, and ongoing oral health maintenance for optimal recovery and satisfaction.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Extensive knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to oral surgery.</li><li>Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Practice Web</li><li>Expertise in four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and reduce procedure time.</li><li>Familiarity with medical imaging tools like X-rays or CBCT scans for accurate diagnosis.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to deliver compassionate patient care while managing complex cases involving infection control and medical records management.</li><li>Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards to safeguard patient information at all times.
