We value team members who enjoy working with people, bring a positive attitude to their day, and appreciate a wellness-minded lifestyle.What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience (required)</li><li>Active New Mexico Dental Assistant License (required)</li><li>A genuine people person who enjoys connecting with patients</li><li>Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic</li><li>Comfortable with digital dentistry and technology (or eager to learn)</li><li>Computer savvy and able to multitask efficiently</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Detail-oriented and proactive</li><li>Willingness to grow and learn in a dynamic environment</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Assist the doctor chairside during procedures</li><li>Help manage patient flow and ensure a smooth, calm experience</li><li>Take digital scans, X-rays, and assist with modern dental technologies</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA standards</li><li>Support clinical and administrative tasks as needed</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Full-time</li><li>Monday&ndash;Thursday</li><li>8:00 AM &ndash; 4:30 PM</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Paid Holidays</li><li>Dental Insurance</li></ul>We&rsquo;re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.If this sounds like a good fit, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>NM licensed Dental assisting: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>NM Registered Dental Assistant (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
