NM Registered Dental Assistant

We are looking for a warm, energetic, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team!

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience (required)
• Active New Mexico Dental Assistant License (required)
• A genuine people person who enjoys connecting with patients
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable with digital dentistry and technology (or eager to learn)
• Computer savvy and able to multitask efficiently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Willingness to grow and learn in a dynamic environment

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the doctor chairside during procedures
• Help manage patient flow and ensure a smooth, calm experience
• Take digital scans, X-rays, and assist with modern dental technologies
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA standards
• Support clinical and administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday–Thursday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
