About the Role: We are a boutique specializing in custom designer wear for special occasions. We are looking for an HR Manager to handle recruitment, staff welfare, and daily HR operations for a team of ~45 employees (designers, tailors, and support staff).Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for designers, tailors, and other staff.</li><li>Conduct onboarding, orientation, and maintain employee records.</li><li>Ensure staff wellbeing, including managing accommodation facilities.</li><li>Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and statutory compliances.</li><li>Support performance reviews and manage employee grievances.</li><li>Organize training, skill development, and basic employee engagement activities.</li><li>Ensure smooth workflow coordination between design and production teams.</li><li>Manage exits, documentation, and overall HR discipline.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of HR experience, preferably in boutiques, fashion, or manufacturing.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to manage diverse teams.</li><li>Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and blue-collar workforce management.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
