About the Role:
We are a boutique specializing in custom designer wear for special occasions. We are looking for an HR Manager to handle recruitment, staff welfare, and daily HR operations for a team of ~45 employees (designers, tailors, and support staff).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for designers, tailors, and other staff.
  • Conduct onboarding, orientation, and maintain employee records.
  • Ensure staff wellbeing, including managing accommodation facilities.
  • Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and statutory compliances.
  • Support performance reviews and manage employee grievances.
  • Organize training, skill development, and basic employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure smooth workflow coordination between design and production teams.
  • Manage exits, documentation, and overall HR discipline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in boutiques, fashion, or manufacturing.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and blue-collar workforce management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
