A Civil Purchase Executive manages sourcing, negotiating, and buying construction materials (cement, steel, etc.) and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness for projects, involving vendor management, creating purchase orders (POs), tracking deliveries, maintaining records, and coordinating with site engineers to meet project timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Procurement &amp; Sourcing: Identify, source, and evaluate suppliers for various civil materials (aggregates, RMC, tiles, etc.).</li><li>Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, assess performance, and build an approved vendor list.</li><li>Negotiation: Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve the best value.</li><li>Purchase Order Management: Prepare detailed purchase orders with specifications, quantities, and terms, and process them.</li><li>Coordination: Liaise with project managers and site engineers for material requirements and delivery.</li><li>Quality &amp; Compliance: Ensure procured materials meet quality standards and comply with company policies.</li><li>Inventory &amp; Logistics: Monitor stock levels, track orders, and expedite shipments to ensure timely arrival at site.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting: Maintain accurate purchase records, prepare comparative statements, and report on procurement activities.</li><li>Cost Control: Analyze market trends and implement strategies for cost reduction.</li></ul>Essential Skills<ul><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and record-keeping.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of construction materials and market trends.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹13,272.38 - ₹35,236.04 per monthWork Location: In person
