 US, Australia, and Saudi markets

 full-time, on-site position in Faisalabad
 
 , ideal for someone with early-to-mid experience who is confident in English, strong with AI tools, and hungry to scale results.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Role &amp; Responsibilities

 Bid actively on
 
 Upwork
 
 with customized, high-quality proposals
 </li>
 <li>
 Write
 
 project-based proposals/content
 
 (not marketing copy)
 </li>
 <li>
 Use
 
 AI tools expertly
 
 with strong command over prompts &amp; workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate fluently with
 
 US, Australia, and Saudi clients
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Handle initial client discussions and support deal closures
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Contribute directly to business growth through Upwork
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Track bids, responses, and closed projects
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Work independently with minimal supervision
 
 </li>

 Required Skills &amp; Experience

 6 months to 1.5 years experience
 
 in Upwork bidding
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent
 
 spoken &amp; written English
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong project-based proposal writing skills
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Advanced knowledge of AI tools and AI prompting
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Clear understanding of Upwork bidding strategies
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset
 
 </li>
