Upwork Bidding Specialist | Faisalabad

We’re expanding our team and looking for a self-driven Upwork Bidding Specialist who wants to grow with us and compete in international Upwork markets .

This role is strictly focused on Upwork bidding and project-based proposal writing . We are not hiring a digital marketing content writer. The goal is to work on US, Australia, and Saudi markets and contribute directly to business growth.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Faisalabad , ideal for someone with early-to-mid experience who is confident in English, strong with AI tools, and hungry to scale results.

Role & Responsibilities

• Bid actively on Upwork with customized, high-quality proposals
• Write project-based proposals/content (not marketing copy)
• Use AI tools expertly with strong command over prompts & workflows
• Communicate fluently with US, Australia, and Saudi clients
• Handle initial client discussions and support deal closures
• Contribute directly to business growth through Upwork
• Track bids, responses, and closed projects
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 months to 1.5 years experience in Upwork bidding
• Excellent spoken & written English
• Strong project-based proposal writing skills
• Advanced knowledge of AI tools and AI prompting
• Clear understanding of Upwork bidding strategies
• Self-motivated, growth-oriented mindset

Plus Points

• Any visible Upwork profile growth
• Experience bidding or closing projects in US / Australia / Saudi markets
• Familiarity with IT or service-based projects (web, apps, ERP, etc.)

Work Details

• Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (1-hour break)
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Location: On-site — Faisalabad
• Salary: Market-competitive
• Commission: Attractive commission on closed deals
