Open Position: Business Development Specialist / Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Specialist who can help us acquire new clients through smart outreach and proven lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and close deals through Upwork bidding
• Client acquisition via LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and other digital channels
• Identify and approach potential clients looking for:

1. WordPress development

2. Shopify development

3. SEO services

• Communicate with international clients and understand their business requirements
• Prepare proposals, follow up with leads, and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in business development / client acquisition
• Strong hands-on experience with Upwork (profile bidding & conversions)
• Good understanding of:

1. WordPress & Shopify web development projects

2. SEO services

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
• English communication skills (written & verbal)
