Call Sales Representative (CSR)

Royal Aesthetica is looking for an energetic and driven Call Sales Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating business leads and driving sales through effective communication and relationship building. If you have experience in Aesthetica or a related field and possess strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and leads through outbound calls and client interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Present and sell our Aesthetic services to new clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Proven experience in a sales role, specifically within the Aesthetica or related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
