Visit our website to learn more about our vision and our team: www.sarahjonescpa.comWe also offer family-friendly on-site hours; M-F, 9-3 with additional hours as remote.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare monthly financial reports for our clients.</li><li>Handle accounting and bookkeeping work in QuickBooks Online.</li><li>Assist with franchise tax, sales tax and year-end close for multiple clients.</li><li>Handles payroll, onboarding new clients and projects for Financial Controller.</li><li>Handles reconciliations and month-end close for multiple clients.</li><li>Handles multiple clients and monthly deadlines.</li><li>Reports to Financial Controller.</li><li>Has meetings with clients regarding their monthly management reports.</li><li>Handles client emails and questions.</li><li>Handles client calls/walk-ins as needed or when Office Manager is out.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
