Full Charge Bookkeeper

Sarah Jones CPA, LLC is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper who wants to learn, grow, and be a part of the fastest growing CPA Firm in our area. The perfect candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal skills as well as an aptitude for financial analysis. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who is an expert in bookkeeping and can provide high-quality service to our organization and our clients.

We also offer family-friendly on-site hours; M-F, 9-3 with additional hours as remote.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reports for our clients.
• Handle accounting and bookkeeping work in QuickBooks Online.
• Assist with franchise tax, sales tax and year-end close for multiple clients.
• Handles payroll, onboarding new clients and projects for Financial Controller.
• Handles reconciliations and month-end close for multiple clients.
• Handles multiple clients and monthly deadlines.
• Reports to Financial Controller.
• Has meetings with clients regarding their monthly management reports.
• Handles client emails and questions.
• Handles client calls/walk-ins as needed or when Office Manager is out.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
