Job Summary:The Assistant to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative and operational support, enabling the MD to focus on strategic decision-making and business growth. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support:<ul><li>Manage the MD&rsquo;s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.</li><li>Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.</li><li>Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li></ul>2. Communication &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.</li><li>Draft emails, memos, and letters on behalf of the MD.</li><li>Coordinate inter-departmental communication and follow up on pending actions.</li></ul>3. Meeting &amp; Event Management:<ul><li>Organize meetings, board meetings, and company events.</li><li>Take minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.</li></ul>4. Project &amp; Task Management:<ul><li>Assist the MD in tracking ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables.</li><li>Conduct research and provide summaries for decision-making.</li><li>Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.</li></ul>5. Operational Support:<ul><li>Manage office operations relevant to the MD&rsquo;s role.</li><li>Ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of administrative issues.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
