Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Job Summary:

The Assistant to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative and operational support, enabling the MD to focus on strategic decision-making and business growth. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

  • Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

2. Communication & Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft emails, memos, and letters on behalf of the MD.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental communication and follow up on pending actions.

3. Meeting & Event Management:

  • Organize meetings, board meetings, and company events.
  • Take minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.

4. Project & Task Management:

  • Assist the MD in tracking ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct research and provide summaries for decision-making.
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.

5. Operational Support:

  • Manage office operations relevant to the MD’s role.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of administrative issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
