In this role, you&rsquo;ll design and maintain data models and automated workflows using tools like Power BI, Power Query, and Robotic and Digital Process Automation (RPA/DPA). You&rsquo;ll also develop innovative Smartsheet solutions, support data governance efforts, and collaborate with stakeholders to transform business needs into impactful reporting and analytics.

About This Position</h1>
Business Systems Administration<ul><li>
Develop and maintain business systems, including RPA and DPA workflows using Microsoft Power Automate</li><li>
Build and manage Power BI enterprise reports to support financial and departmental planning</li><li>
Perform statistical analysis for descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive insights</li><li>
Create and maintain technical documentation using tools like Azure DevOps</li><li>
Manage ELT processes and design optimized data models (e.g., star schemas) for reporting</li><li>
Support data governance, data quality, and data catalog initiatives using tools like Azure Purview</li><li>
Develop and maintain data structures using tools such as Python, SQL, DAX, M-Code, and Azure Data Platform</li><li>
Collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical support, and assist with SharePoint and website updates</li></ul>
Technical Lead/Project Management<ul><li>
Actively participates as project lead in software and hardware upgrades and keeps the manager informed of progress and obstacles</li><li>
Advise management and provides recommendations on technical and project issues</li></ul>
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
About You</h1><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in a job-related field AND two (2) years of job-related experience</li><li><ul><li>OR- Six (6) years of professional job-related experience can be substituted at management discretion for the required education</li></ul></li><li><ul><li>OR- Related professional program/ project management may substitute for the required education at management discretion</li></ul></li><li>
A valid Florida driver's license at the time of hire</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications, Software as a Service (SaaS) products, asset or work management systems, enterprise information platforms, and data visualization software; Microsoft Power BI &amp; Power Query, Cartegraph, Financial Enterprise, GovMax, OnBase, and GIS.</li></ul>
Subject to Passing Substance Screening: This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment in any class for a period of five (5) years.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
About Everything Else:</h1>
Starting Pay: $64,812.80 - $70,033.60/ annually, potentially more based on experience
