Senior Executive &ndash; HR Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Full Time | Work From Office Joining: Immediate / Short Notice PreferredRole OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy Senior Executive &ndash; HR (Talent Acquisition) with strong experience in time-framed, target-oriented hiring across India and international markets Preferably (UAE, KSA, Indonesia, Vietnam). The role also involves employee engagement initiatives and training coordination. Candidates must be aggressive, execution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (Primary Focus)<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for India and international locations (UAE, KSA, Indonesia, Vietnam).</li><li>Close positions within strict timelines and monthly hiring targets.</li><li>Work on lateral, niche, and bulk hiring across technical and non-technical roles.</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement clarity, interviews, and closures.</li><li>Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, follow-ups, and joining conversions.</li><li>Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, and pipeline reports.</li><li>Use ATS (Zoho Recruit / any ATS) and job portals effectively.</li></ul>Employee Engagement<ul><li>Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication initiatives.</li><li>Support HR in driving culture, morale, and employee participation across teams.</li></ul>Training &amp; Development Support<ul><li>Coordinate internal and external training programs.</li><li>Track training nominations, attendance, and feedback.</li><li>Support L&amp;D calendars and post-training documentation.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Proven experience in time-bound, target-driven recruitment.</li><li>Exposure to international hiring (UAE / KSA preferred).</li><li>Strong sourcing, screening, and closing skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.</li><li>Hindi speaking is mandatory (English required; additional languages are an advantage).</li><li>Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals.</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experience: 3&ndash;6 years in Talent Acquisition / HR</li><li>Background in EPC / Engineering / Infrastructure / Construction / Corporate hiring preferred</li><li>Aggressive, result-oriented, and execution-focused mindset</li><li>Immediate joiners or short notice candidates only</li><li>Willing to work full time from office (no WFH / hybrid)</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>High-visibility role with direct impact on business growth</li><li>Exposure to multi-country hiring and HR operations</li><li>Fast-paced environment with learning and ownership</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
